About Six Degrees:

Six Degrees is not your average wealth manager.

We serve ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families with a purpose-led, values-driven approach to advice, combining private bank-level service with the freedom and agility of a start-up.

We’re now looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Senior IFA Administrator to join our small and dynamic team. Purpose of the role:

This position merges the key responsibilities of an experienced IFA Administrator and a Junior Paraplanner. As a Senior IFA Administrator, you will provide operational and light technical support to the Advice and Paraplanning teams, ensuring client records are meticulously maintained, provider relationships are managed efficiently, and high-quality support is given throughout the advice process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and good judgement
  • Not looking for a fast track to an adviser role. You genuinely enjoy operations and admin
  • Tech-savvy and open to new ways of working in a modern, digital-first firm

Experience required:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
