Package Details:

The successful candidate will receive a Salary of £28,000-£35,000 Per Annum

Purpose of the role:

As a growing business, MLP Wealth Management are continually onboarding new clients, as well as servicing/reviewing existing ones and wish to add to their admin team to support this.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Administrators would work in a small team supporting IFAs with general admin and case handling. A senior administrator would also oversee the day-to-day running of the office.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Working closely with the administration team to help gather policy information
  • Help with projects: for example, Mifid annual reviews, other client campaigns, annual portfolio rebalances
  • Help Advisers writing reports: e.g. Annual review letters
  • General admin support
  • Speaking directly to clients and carrying out client reviews
  • Relationship building
  • Generating and converting opportunities into business


The Ideal Employee:

Relevant Skills/Experience

  • Wealth management admin support
  • Familiar with Back-office systems such as X-Plan or similar, FE Analytics, Cashcalc and provider platforms, such as Quilter and Transact
  • Good knowledge around pensions and investments
  • Good communication skills
  • Relevant examinations
  • General administration
  • A good understanding of the FCA rules and how a financial services firm operates.
  • Very strong IT skills


Experience required:
1 year of financial Admin experience.
