JOB TITLE: Client Account Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
You have worked in financial services for at least 4 years and have a proven track record in providing exceptional financial administration support. You will have a sharp understanding of the advisory process and related workflow and you are able to coordinate all necessary parties to deliver Client work in the shortest possible time frame with a minimal administrative burden. Experience of a fast pasted new business focused firm is essential along with supporting the servicing of Clients and compiling Client Annual Reviews.
You believe that all of our Clients are individuals and you will take the time needed to build personal relationships and adjust our approach as necessary to deliver a first-class service and exceptional Client experience.
Based in our City office, London, you will report directly to the Client Account Team Manager. You will use all of your experience to ensure that all aspects of your work are accurate, proactive and entirely focused on delivering the best possible Client experience.

Finura is a multi-disciplinary, chartered, award-winning financial planning practice for private Clients, families, business owners and trustees. We were founded in 2014 with our vision and mission centred on delivering an exceptional service and making a meaningful improvement to the lives of our Clients. Over 6 years we have organically grown to look after >1,000 Client relationships and over >£750m of Client assets. We are currently expanding both organically and via recruitment and acquisition and targeting >£1bn of assets by 2025.
Finuras achievements have been recognised across the profession with a host of award nominations, most recently in 2020 for Money Marketing Advice Firm of the Year. Finura is also one of a select group of Financial Planning firms to have achieved Corporate Chartered status from the Chartered Institute of Insurers. We hold the Gold Standard for Independent Advice as well as being granted the Pension Transfer Gold Standard by the Personal Finance Society.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To build a strong working relationship with Finuras Advisers in order to provide exceptional administration support in the delivery of their business strategy
- To build exceptional relationships with Finuras Clients, ensuring consistent, effective communication allowing them to have confidence that their instructions are understood and will be delivered upon
- To be competent in all the organisations processes and procedures, including the use of internal and external systems in order to have a forward looking, can do attitude when dealing with Client instructions
- To provide administration support of the highest quality and consistency to our Advisers and Clients, delivering on Finuras commitment to getting things right first time and reducing the administrative burden to our Clients
- To ensure that all of our processes and the Client experience is built around the use our of online Client portal and that we are using its full CRM capability to capture all relevant Client detail to provide a personalised proactive service and to miss zero advice opportunities
- To drive your own Continual Professional Development by seeking opportunities to upskill in areas that you have gaps in knowledge and work collaboratively with other team members to cross skill
SKILLS
- You are CF1 qualified and aware of all relevant FCA regulations and guidelines relating to financial services including MiFID II, GDPR & PRIIPS
- You will have a working knowledge of core financial products including pensions, ISAs,Investment Accounts, Bonds, Venture Capital Trusts, Enterprise Investment Schemes and all forms of protection
- You will have the required skills in Adobe, Word, Excel and Outlook, alongside other system specific knowledge, to create all necessary documentation, templates and reports to brand guidelines
- You must be able to get quickly up to speed with and understand the possibilities of CRM software and consider ways of getting more out of the system

- Working under management direction can prioritise, plan, coordinate and drive projects to agreed milestones and timescales
- You work with the utmost discretion using impeccable judgement to share and act on management information where required
SALARY AND BENEFITS
SALARY:
£38,000 per annum
Annual discretionary bonus of up to 10%

Benefit: 75% of members insured earnings*
Insured Earnings Definition: Basic annual salary as on the day prior to incapacity
Deferred Period: 13 consecutive weeks
Benefit Period: There is no maximum payment period
Escalation Rate: RPI capped at 5% applies to the basic benefit
